Mr.
S. Robert Radus, CPA, CFE, PI is the Director of Forensics and
Marketing. He was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in
1977 and a Certified Fraud Examiner in 1998. In 2008, after retiring
from the Orange County Sheriff's Department as a Level 1 Reserve
Deputy with 31 years service, he obtained his California Private
Investigator's license. Bob is a member of the California Society
of CPA's, the Association of CFE's, CALI, and an associate member of the Orange County Bar
Association, and the West Orange County Bar Association.
Mr. Radus is a regular speaker at various Association,
Bar, and CALI events. His last assignment with OCSD was a Lieutenant
in the HiTech Services Unit supervising 20 Reserve Deputies and
Volunteers in various areas of technology related crimes and Departmental
Support Units. He is a graduate of the FBI White Collar Crime Course
and a California Department of Justice series of computer courses
culminating with Advanced Computer Forensic Examination.
Mr. Radus has qualified and testified as an Expert
Witness in Orange and Los Angeles County Superior Courts and the
American Arbitration Association on Forensic Accounting in Business
and Family issues, Fraud, and eDiscovery. He was recently designated as an Expert Witness in the Riverside County Superior Court. He is a qualified computer
forensics examiner who "works in the field and on the bench" for
computer evidence acquisition and examination. He regularly participates
in fraud examinations gathering and analyzing evidence.

As a licensed private investigator, Mr. Johan Lai has
worked numerous civil and criminal cases ranging from private executive
